Note

Where at all possible I directly import the upstream event information, but this does mean that the descriptions and locations can be a little verbose, strange or possibly even non-existent. Unless I need clarification of the location, I'm unlikely to manually edit any events when I import them. Event UIDs originate from my employer's scheduling system, but when there is a valid way to uniquely identify an event I will endeavour to include that too.
